Terms of Service for Tap Battle

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access, and use of the Tap Battle mobile application provided by SHA Platforms.

By installing or using Tap Battle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

1. About Tap Battle

Tap Battle is a casual local multiplayer game.

The app allows:

• Two to six players to play on one device
• A single player to compete against a computer-controlled opponent
• Users to select the match target and game duration
• Local storage of preferences and best scores

Tap Battle does not provide real-money gaming, betting, gambling, cash prizes, or transferable virtual rewards.

2. Eligibility

You may use Tap Battle only if you are legally permitted to use mobile applications in your country. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms independently, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to Use the App

SHA Platforms grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tap Battle for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Circumvent security or advertising functionality
• Interfere with the app’s normal operation
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Use automated systems to manipulate advertising or app activity
• Generate invalid advertisement impressions or clicks
• Misrepresent your relationship with SHA Platforms

5. Gameplay and Scores

Tap Battle is intended solely for casual entertainment. Scores, results, and records have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or goods, cannot be transferred to another person, do not represent a financial asset, and may be deleted if the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared. SHA Platforms does not guarantee that local scores or settings can be recovered.

6. Computer Opponent

The computer-controlled opponent is an automated gameplay feature. Its speed and difficulty may vary according to the selected difficulty level, device performance, app updates, or balancing changes. SHA Platforms does not guarantee that every difficulty level will produce identical results on every device.

7. Advertising

Tap Battle is a free, advertising-supported application. The app may display third-party advertisements at natural transition points, such as when leaving a game.

Advertising availability, frequency, content, and presentation may vary depending on device, location, internet connection, user consent, advertising inventory, applicable laws, and Google AdMob settings.

Advertisements are supplied by Google AdMob and potentially other participating advertising partners. SHA Platforms does not endorse every advertised product or service and is not responsible for third-party advertising content, websites, purchases, claims, or services. You must not intentionally generate invalid advertisement impressions or clicks.

8. Privacy

Your use of Tap Battle is also governed by the Tap Battle Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information is stored locally, how Google AdMob may process advertising information, how advertising consent and privacy choices are managed, and how to contact SHA Platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Tap Battle, including its name, design, interface, graphics, icons, game presentation, software, text, and branding, is owned by SHA Platforms or used under appropriate permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, services, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Updates and Changes

SHA Platforms may release updates that add or remove features, change gameplay, adjust computer difficulty, correct errors, improve compatibility, modify advertising, improve privacy or security, or update legal information. Some updates may be required for continued use of the app. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tap Battle where reasonably necessary.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Tap Battle functional, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, free from interruptions, or supported indefinitely. Some features, including advertising and privacy messages, may require an internet connection.

12. Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, installing system and app updates, protecting access to your device, paying any mobile-data or internet charges, and using the app safely and appropriately.

Tap Battle involves repeated screen tapping. Stop playing and rest if you experience discomfort, strain, pain, or fatigue.

13. Disclaimer

Tap Battle is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHA Platforms makes no warranties that the app will meet every expectation or operate without errors or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHA Platforms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the app, loss of local scores or preferences, device incompatibility, third-party advertisements, third-party websites or services, interruptions, or technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

15. Indemnity

Where legally permitted, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of Tap Battle or violation of these Terms. This section does not reduce any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

16. Termination

You may stop using Tap Battle at any time by uninstalling it. SHA Platforms may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary because of unlawful use, security risks, technical requirements, legal obligations, or discontinuation of the app. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and applicable law may continue after termination where appropriate.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the protection of mandatory laws and access to the courts available under applicable consumer law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, advertising services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will display a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Tap Battle after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Tap Battle Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and SHA Platforms concerning your use of Tap Battle.
